Covid Safety

Here at Optimind, we are fully committed to your safety during your visits. This includes providing a safe and comfortable space for your treatment in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

As a new build, we have taken numerous steps to ensure that the health and safety of our staff and clients is our top priority. 

This includes a state-of-the-art ventilation system with MERV 13 (hospital grade) filtration, a handwashing sink for all staff and guests upon entry, ample hand sanitizing stations, sanitization of all treatment equipment and touch surfaces before and after each client, and mandatory mask wearing indoors. We will happily provide a medical-grade face mask when you come to the clinic.

Additionally, due to scheduling, our clinic design, and the personalized flow at Optimind, we will always be operating well under the maximum capacity for the space – meaning physical distancing of 6 feet between individuals will always be in place. The only exception to this will be during your treatment when our technician will need to stand behind you and hold the TMS coil against your scalp. During this time the wearing of face masks and sanitization of hands and all equipment is required. Our technician would also be more than happy to wear medical-grade gloves and/or a face shield as an added precaution upon request if it makes you feel more comfortable!

Every member has been vaccinated against COVID-19. Should any of our staff start to feel ill or present any symptoms related to COVID-19, an on-site rapid antigen testing kit is administered.

The Covid-19 Pandemic has had a major effect on all of our lives and navigating the changes to our “new normal” can be extremely challenging, stressful and overwhelming. Here at Optimind, we have created a space where you can come knowing that you are getting the treatment you need while remaining safe and comfortable.
